I want to succeed a founder that has built a resilient business over at least 10 years, and looking to exit for personal reasons such as retirement, health and  family.

I am looking for a medium sized company with some form of management structure already. 

Revenues should be exceeding R50M per annum.

Ideally I would want to leverage my background in Engineering, Mining and Financial Services, but this not a deal-breaker.

My investors have invested in FMCG, Agribusiness, Manufacturing and SaaS, so we have a fairly wide focus area.

I have a preference for companies that have repeat customers and sell at healthy margins (>15% EBITDA) , with low customer concentration (<20%)

I am seeking to build a legacy, and that means I need to lead a transformation that leaves the company better than I found it.  Opportunities that have clear, realistic growth opportunities are highly preferred.

I am based in Johannesburg which is first prize, but I will consider opportunities anywhere in South Africa.
